1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our sauna facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
2. Eligibility for Use
• Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the sauna.
• Health Conditions: Guests with underlying health issues (such as heart conditions, diabetes respiratory problems, or high/low blood pressure) should consult a doctor before using the sauna. The management is not responsible for any adverse health effects resulting from sauna use.
• You must not use the sauna if you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or if you are prone to dizziness or fainting.
3. Safety Guidelines
• Jewellery: hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna, to prevent burns.
• Eyewear: Contact lenses and glasses must be removed before entering the sauna. This is to prevent damage to your eyes and/or eyewear.
• Time Limit: We recommend that you listen to your body and take regular breaks. We don’t recommend staying in the sauna for longer than 10 minutes at a time. Prolonged exposure can cause dehydration and other health risks.
• Hydration: Drink water before, during and after using the sauna to avoid dehydration. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited before and during sauna use.
• Supervision: Users must follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines. Although the sauna is supervised, users are responsible for their own safety.
• Sauna Stove: Do not touch the stove or open the stove door.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
• Showering: All users must shower before entering the cold plunges to maintain hygiene.
• Towels: Towels must be used while seated in the sauna. Please ensure proper towel coverage to maintain cleanliness and prevent direct contact with the seating area. We also recommend that you bring an additional towel to dry off with.
• Footwear: No shoes or outdoor footwear are allowed inside the sauna. Please rinse your feet in the bucket provided before entering the sauna.
• Personal Hygiene: Please avoid using oils, lotions, or other personal care products inside the sauna as these can damage the equipment.
5. Conduct and Behaviour
• Quiet Atmosphere: Respect others by keeping noise levels low. No loud talking, music, or disruptive behaviour is allowed inside the sauna.
• Prohibited Substances: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly forbidden within the sauna area.
• Respect for Others: Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.
6. Use of Facilities
• Personal Belongings: The sauna is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
• Damage to Property: Users will be held responsible for any damage caused to the sauna or other facilities through misuse or failure to follow rules.
• Exclusive Use: The sauna may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., photo shoots, private rentals) without prior consent from management.
7. Liability Waiver
• Assumption of Risk: Users understand and acknowledge the inherent risks of using a sauna, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, dizziness, or fainting. By using the sauna, you assume full responsibility for these risks.
• Release of Liability: The sauna, its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of the sauna facilities.
8. Reservations and Cancellations
• Reservations: Reservations are required for sauna use. All bookings can be made HERE
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the designated time may result in a charge or loss of booking privileges. Please follow the cancellation instructions in your booking confirmation email.
9. Termination of Use
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the sauna for any violation of these terms or any conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
10. Amendments
Management reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
If you are booking the sauna for more than one person, it is your responsibility to make all of those included in your booking aware of both our terms and conditions and sauna etiquette.
By booking and entering the sauna, you acknowledge that you (and your group) have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
